I had a lovely massage at massage or knot today. I took their last appointment which was with Jorge. I was somewhat nervous having only ever had massages from women before but Jorge made me feel very comfortable. My massage was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I am not from the area but will defo return here when I'm in the area. Highly recommend a visit!

Massage or Knot offer an amazing service. I wasn't sure what I needed or wanted in my massage so just booked a 50 minute slot and discussed it when i got there, Martina was professional and made me feel instantly relaxed when I arrived. We called it an MOT session. After my full body massage, she advised what areas we needed to concentrate on when i return. Free parking at the hotel was very appreciated. I definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who has problem areas, or simply just wants to relax.Had my first ever massage here, Tilly made it a great experience. Asking if the pressure was okay throughout. The room was cosy and had some nice nature background music which really helped me relax. The massage seemed very fairly priced and I left feeling 5 years younger. Would definitely visit again.

Had a great Swedish massage with Maria today. Great service, nice peaceful atmosphere even with the building works nearby, very professional and I feel so relaxed, can't wait for my next one! Could not recommend enough.
I'm half way through a 6 weeks aromatherapy/massage treatment with Maria, this treatment is due to stress. I'm on week 3 and I feel benefits already, I'm a lot calmer and more relaxed. Maria is very professional & really good at what she does. Very happy 😊
Maria was excellent and this was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I have general sports/football aches/pains and she used really firm pressure to get to my knots pArticularly my shoulders and calves/Achilles. Would defo recommend and will use again when I’m back in the area. Thank you Maria!
I booked a full relax massage - 90 mins and it’s was so lovely . The practitioner was excellent . She was professional and respectful . I will definitely book again when I am I Newquay - but I suspect my wife will beat me to it

Have recently been seen by Martina, and may I just say, what a woman!!! After a good few years of stress and ongoing health issues, I found the gem that is Martina. Never have I been made to feel so relaxed, cared for and safe. From start to finish I felt incredible. I was so overwhelmed by how amazing it was that I burst into tears when we finished. An incredible human being doing incredible things for others. Please bottle her up, the purest most caring person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! Thankyou from the bottom of my heart ❤️❤️❤️This place is amazing! The lady was so softly spoken which made the experience even more relaxed. Me and my partner had deep tissue and Swedish both were truly amazing. We will definitely return. It was well worth the money. Very reasonable.
One of the best, if not the best experience with customer service, skill set of the massage practitioner and welcoming clinic space. Yoga studio looks just perfect too. If you in Newquay and want to have a good treatment and yoga, book with those guys!
I booked my massage with Maria. As a visitor to the area it was a gamble, I did not really having any idea about where I was going or who seeing. The gamble paid off, my Swedish massage with Maria really was excellent! Thank you very much Maria!!
This place was the best! Please let me know where I can find any of you guys again! I'm dying for a massage but it takes a lot to find people I'm comfortable with and that can deal with my awful shoulder!
I have attended a reflexology session and reiki with Martina, it was a great experience. It was like being in heaven. I highly recommend this to anyone is looking for a recharge.
